Some Wisdom from One of the Wisest

Life’s Meaning by Albert Einstein

Wisdom is not a product of schooling but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it.
We never cease to stand like curious children before the great Mystery into which we were born.
When the solution is simple, God is answering.
Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.
Joy in looking and comprehending is nature's most beautiful gift.
Two things inspire me to awe-the starry heavens above and the moral universe within.
Without deep reflection one knows from daily life that one exists for other people.
The most incomprehensiblle thing about the world is that it is comprehensible.
One cannot learn anything so well as by experiencing it oneself.
Peace cannot be achieved through violence; it can only be attained through understanding.
We should take care not to make the intellect our god; it has, of course powerful muscles, but no personality.
The important thing is not to stop questioning.
