About Joyful2beeblogs

Joyful2bee MEE
Joyful2bee MEE
Growing up with tales and fables from other countries, parables and stories from the Bible, a collection of red books that held many poems, nursery rhymes, and fairy tales, I became enchanted with story telling and reading.
Then I began telling my own stories (well not quite the same. You know how kids have to figure out what is real and what is make-believe.) Later I learned how to read and soaked up some real stories.
Just as those old tales were meant to entertain, instruct, help people heal or connect us all, I hope my tales and stories will do likewise for some of you. This is one reason I blog. I also look forward to being entertained, instructed, connected and healed through the blogs of other writers too.
Being a people person, I enjoy meeting people in person or on line. People have so many inspiring, humorous and interesting stories of their own to share. Through sharing my blog and reading the blogs of others I am a part of a World Village.
I can connect with the world through blogs. (Yes I do have a balanced life away from the computer and enjoy non cyber friends too.) It is good to know there are others who feel and think like I do, regardless of how “unique” I might consider myself. Who knows? Maybe some of us are a unifying influence helping to bring about more understanding and compassion among people all over the world. Maybe we are part of a peacemaking force?
My life revolves around my family, friends, two sons, their families, my cat, and writing. These parts of my life combine to give great sources for my many tales. My age and own experiences provide me a resource for other stories of interest as well.
I am a survivor, a people, animal, and nature lover and a lover of life. Learning, observing, helping, listening to the world and people around me are major components of my life.
Although outrunning aging is both a driving force and a losing battle, I am a “happy camper,” retired nurse, photographer, writer, reader, seeker of knowledge (interesting or spiritual) and love to kid around.
After an initial freak out, I usually try to view problems as challenges to resolve. This ability has contributed to my survival and my positive attitude. It is said, “Whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” Well I must be Wonder Woman by now! I have a good sense of who I am because of my life experiences. All of which have given me more wisdom to offer in some of my blogs.
Since keeping my blog fresh is a challenge mostly my own photos will adorn the posts. Beauty in all of its forms is good for the soul. So take a look and see what you think. Enjoy.

Nice energy…positive energy that is. I believe life happens the way it’s supposed to. We are making a difference each in our own special way. Isn’t life grand!?

  9. It’s nice to meet you. thanks for liking one of my comments. By the way, I am also a cat lover. I started writing rather late in my life. I have been at it a little over a year. I like learning and know I need to more. I apply learning more, not only to writing, but living as well.

  10. I saw you had liked a recent post of mine and I was happy to see you. So I stopped by to see what you were up to and discovered that I was no longer following your blog!! WordPress has this problem of dropping followers sometimes. I have complained to them but to no avail. Anyway I have followed you again and I hope it will stick this time.
