The other night I was so upset about how there is so much hatred and prejudice against other people, who are “different” from “others.” There are people of all kinds, and there is always one who disagrees or doesn’t fit in. There are always people who are stressed, anxious, worried, or angry, fighters, and haters. How can some people be so upset about the lives of other people because they are different?? What is it that truly bothers them and causes hatred, fears, and anxiety?

The other night, I was wound up, frustrated, and anxious about our country. I tossed and turned, got up, and walked to the kitchen for some Chamomile tea to help me go to sleep. As I lay down, I relaxed and thought about peace. Suddenly, the words that I learned many years ago came to me. I started to sing it in my mind. Here are the words of the song, that I love so well.
